After practicing in NYC for more than 30 years, Dr. Portnoy and family relocated to the sunnier skies of South Florida following the Covid pandemic in 2021. He has established a robust and growing practice in South Miami offering the highly sought out skills and services of a private practitioner. Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you give 24 hours of notice. This will enable another patient to use the available time. There will be a fee of $50 charged if less than 24 hours notice is given for cancellation.
Cosmetic Consultation Policy
A consultation fee of $200 is charged for a consult appointment; if services are scheduled, that fee may be applied to the total.
